End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 16 PERSON TEAM ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the services, tools, and resources provided by 16 PERSON TEAM, including but not limited to our website https://www.16person.team, associated content, software, and services ("Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

1. License Grant

16 PERSON TEAM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to resell, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the Services commercially outside your organization.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services or any part thereof.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services.

• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services.

• Use the Services in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

• Transfer, lease, lend, or sublicense the Services to any third party.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in the Services, including but not limited to text, images, code, and intellectual property rights, remain the property of 16 PERSON TEAM or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 16 PERSON TEAM.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the Services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You understand and acknowledge that data collected through the Services may be processed and stored in South Africa or other jurisdictions in compliance with applicable laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials associated with your account

• Ensuring that all users within your organization comply with this Agreement

6. Updates and Modifications

16 PERSON TEAM may, at its sole discretion, release updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Services. These updates may improve, add, or remove features and functionalities. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Services and Agreement terms.

7. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. 16 PERSON TEAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any license granted to you under this Agreement will immediately end.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 16 PERSON TEAM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Services. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, even if 16 PERSON TEAM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 16 PERSON TEAM does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in South Africa for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

11. Changes to this Agreement

16 PERSON TEAM reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Services, you accept the modified terms.
